Welcome to Elektra, your new premium NationBuilder theme! This document will help you launch a new website and using Elektra in no time!
Elektra is modern, accessible, and high impact. After years of supporting creators, movers and shakers of the world, Two West Group and Front Matter created a theme together that is aimed at being functional, beautiful and easy to set up, with features that will make your campaign that much more special and impactful.
This guide will help you get started and set up Elektra, but assumes you already know or will learn about the Nationbuilder platform through their extensive online documentation. If you are new to NationBuilder, we recommend taking the course Introduction to NationBuilder. You can find more resources in NationBuilder’s extensive help documentation: www.support.nationbuilder.com.
In your browser, navigate to "http://yournation.nationbuilder.com/admin" or "http://www.yoursite.com/admin" and enter your login information. After logging in, you will be directed to your nation’s control panel dashboard.
You may have selected a theme during installation. In this section, we’ll cover the steps to replace the standard theme with Elektra.
Use the sidebar on the left of your screen to navigate to Website > Your site. Then, using the tabs near the top of the middle, select Theme > Switch to a custom theme.
Find Elektra in the list of available themes. Hover over Elektra and a button will appear to the right of the page labeled “Switch to”. Click the Switch to button to activate Elektra. You will be directed to menu to choose a style.
Elektra comes with five electrifying styles to choose from:
Circus
Firefly
Gecko
Ray
Ultraviolet
